What we collect

EarnVerdict does not require an account or login. We collect:

• Analytics data (via Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent. Includes page views, device type, and general location (country level). No personal identifiers.
• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter via Netlify Forms.
• Form submissions — if you use the email capture on the results page, we store the email and verdict type via Netlify Forms.

What we don't collect

• Your salary, role, or any inputs you enter into the tool (these are processed entirely in your browser)
• Cookies beyond analytics (and only with consent)
• Any data from third-party login providers

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies for anonymous usage analytics. These are only set after you explicitly consent via the cookie banner. You can decline, and the site works identically.

Data storage

Newsletter subscriptions are stored in Netlify Forms. Analytics data is stored in Google Analytics. We do not maintain a separate database of user data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold by emailing us. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
